Scott Hale

Scott Hale is Chief Financial Officer of International Fulfillment Solutions (“IFS”) (DBA FirstMile), a privately held Company specializing in complete front-end shipping solutions for domestic and international e-Commerce shippers. During his tenure, the Company has grown from a $23MM business with 25 employees and customers in 20 states to $180MM in annual revenue with 125 employees and customers in 35 states and has been recognized by Mountain West Capital Network as one of the fastest-growing Companies in Utah seven years running.

Scott is a native of Utah and earned his Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University. He began his career in Public Accounting and practiced as a C.P.A. with Grant Thornton for six years. While in public accounting he participated in the preparation, auditing, and analysis of financial statements for multiple clients primarily in the logistics, construction, and manufacturing industries.

He began his career in the industry as the Director of Finance of IFS. He excelled in this position and took over the CFO position one year after joining the Company and has continued to enjoy the opportunity of helping the Company grow and thrive over the last 8 years. Scott actively participates in the strategic planning, employee and culture development, technology development, and operations of the Company and oversees the financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and pricing functions. Scott also enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling with his family.
